GEETHAANJALIE School of Carnatic Music was established in Melbourne, Australia, in 2008 by Ahilan Sivanadan, a passionate musician and dedicated teacher with a vision to preserve and promote this ancient art form.

Since its inception, the school has been committed to preserving and promoting the rich tradition of Carnatic music. In 2009, it became a registered institution, further strengthening its mission to provide high-quality Carnatic music education to students of all ages and skill levels.

The school embodies the essence of traditional Carnatic music while adapting to contemporary teaching methodologies, creating a unique learning experience that respects heritage while embracing innovation.
